Professional Supervision - Community of Practice
“Communities of practice are groups of people who share a concern, a set of problems, or a passion about a topic, and who deepen their knowledge and expertise in this area by interacting on an ongoing basis.” ― Etienne Wenger
Michelle is extremely excited to be establishing a community of practice for those who have completed her professional and clinical supervision training to continue to integrate and embed learning.
High quality supervision supports the health and community workforce to navigate today’s complex workplace environment, experiencing unprecedented change and challenge. Best practice supervision supports our workforce to deliver premium and innovative services through a strong learning culture and responding well to the challenges the healthcare context creates.
Recognising that integrating supervisory skills is an ongoing process, Michelle has established a unique opportunity for committed supervisors to continue to hone their skills and practice wisdom.
