As part of the training , you will receive a comprehensive workbook. It contains all of the workshop material, practical tools and frameworks. After the workshop you will be emailed an extensive list of resources. These are to help you utilise and consolidate the important concepts covered in the training which you can share with colleagues and your workplace.
Embedding Program – 12 - month resource
In addition to the training itself, an embedding program is included as part of the package. This program is being developed to ensure that participants are regularly reminded of the key learnings from the training, in short bite sized ways. This embedding program will include solid resources for both supervisors and supervisees sent in a total of 25 emails fortnightly over the next 12 months.
Cancellations may be received in writing up to 2 weeks ahead.
If you need to cancel up until that time, you will receive a refund, less a 10 % processing fee.
If you are unable to attend the workshop, you are welcome to pass on your place to a colleague.
You are very welcome to share the learnings from my training in your local workplace to upskill the capability of the workforce, in a way that respects my copyright and intellectual property.
However please be aware that this does not give anyone permission to use my training program and resources for commercial purposes.
Limited scholarship places are available for all workshops. Michelle understands that for many reasons people find themselves in challenging financial positions and she would like to be able to support access to high quality training.
