Carer Support

When you have a family member needing care, it will affect your relationship and your stress levels. It will affect you and the person you care for. Sometimes talking through these issues with a counsellor can be helpful. 

 

It can also be helpful to be part of a group, with other carers, to have the experience of feeling supported, of connecting with others who may be dealing with similar issues, and to share resources.
